* This is the modus mailing list * We thought "0x!08X!" was French for the English "#$%&*", which might be uttered under similar circumstances. :-) Cary

The error was something like this : (Result: Error Updating '!s!' (0x!08X!)). This has been investigated and the message is the result of an update not working properly because either your Modus server could not connect to the update site, or that update site was down, or the update side was busy, etc (normal error cases that happen in real life). The bug resides in the fact that the error message is not displayed properly. In other word, it should display "Server busy" instead of "0x08x!". The resolution for this is fairly simple: either use the "Update now" button or wait until the next automatic update (I recommend you set it to 15 minute updates) like you would if the english message was displayed.
