* This is the modus mailing list * We just got a call from one of our users saying they could not delete the spam report in Netscape 6. All other emails will delete. After selecting delete, a duplicate is created in the trash but the original in still in the inbox. She says she has over 40 spam reports stuck in her inbox.
We are trying to delete the inbox summary file, but don't know if that will help. Has anybody else had this problem or found a solution? (I know, have them stop using Netscape!)
