bug: AV updates impossible
Unfortunately
now just an hour later the error is present again.
This strange
bug looks interesting in its inconsistency.

How strange. I just checked ours and it was working before
midnight. Now
our AV is reporting the same error that you are receiving.

New Modus 282 seems to have a severe bug in the AV Update process.
After the update from ModusGate 277 to ModusGate 282 we cannot download new
AV definitions any longer as we always receive a license error:
Result: Error updating 'license is inappropriate: "Access
Forbidden"'(0xE007FDE8))
The error also is logged in the Windows event log:
MODUSADM
Event ID 5906
license is inappropriate: "Access Forbidden".
Sieve updates are not affected and can be downloaded fine, just the AV
updates are lost with the new version.
Please fix ASAP, thanks.
