The world see the first IP on the NIC card - so make sure it has a valid
reverse entry in DNS

* This is the modus mailing list *

I think I know part or all of my problem although I'm not sure why I'm
starting to see it as it's been this way forever. We have our mail and web
server on the same box with the web server IP assigned to the NIC and the
mail server IP I only specify in the domain properties I think the problem
is, the IP assigned to the NIC resolves to many many addresses that are
virtual sites on our web server. Potential problem? Does Modus deliver mail
as being from the IP assigned to the NIC or the IP assigned to the domain?

TIA,
 Scot
