[Modus] Console Handles

The ModusConsole sucks, it needs rewriting.  Vircom know it and it will happen one day...   Is that the sort of comment you were after?  :)   I rarely even open the console because it takes a good 30 minutes before I can even use it to modify a user as we have almost 84k users which it insists on indexing.  :(   To humor you I opened it up a minute ago...
