To all customers,
To improve the overall stability of Vircom update server, we have made some changes to it. During this process, it is possible some customers may find the following error message:
'An error occurred during virii update: server error 500, "Internal Server Error".'
If this error was received between 8:50 am to 9:05 a.m. January 28th, please disregard. This is a one time error message and should not reoccur.
