To get rid off Customers who no longer are using your system use the
'Closed' field in the Plans table. The query you need would become:

---
SELECT DISTINCT C.Email, C.FirstName + ' ' + C.LastName FROM Customers
AS C
        INNER JOIN Plans AS P ON P.CustomerID = C.CustomerID
        WHERE C.NewsFlag = 1 AND P.Closed = 0
---

This still leaves customers who are suspended or on hold in the list,
and if you want to remove them as well then you should look at the
following fields:

PaySuspended
LateSuspended
ManSuspended

I should point out you need the 'DISTINCT' keyword in the SELECT clause
otherwise you get multiple matches for customers who have more than one
plan open.

---
Another month ends. All targets met. All systems working. All customers
satisfied. All staff eagerly enthusiastic. All pigs fed and ready to
fly.

Thanks for the help Suneel. I couldn't figure out what I needed exactly
for
that. I set up the query and the list filled up right away. One thing
that
I noticed also was some of the addresses listed are for people who are
no
longer with our service. To take out the non-active addresses I just
need
to add

---
WHERE PlanStatus = 1
---

I'll mess around with that part of it. Thanks again.
