To customers who experienced problem with the Virus update:

 

Please email us back the following information to [EMAIL PROTECTED]

 

1- What version of Windows are you running (2000 or 2003) ?

 

2- Are moduscan & modusadm services running under the default system account or are they set to use "Login As" when you go under control-panel => services => <servicename> Settings?  In other words, are they logged in to a specific account (ie: administrator) or are they set to default (none, which implies a System account).
