I sent this the support but also wanted to
share it here. We are running three Modus server all have the issue. Specs: 2 are Windows 2000 Sever 1 is Windows 2000 Advanced Server Modus Scan Service on all three are default Local System Modus Admin on all three is a domain account that is part of
the Local Admin and Domain Admin Groups We are still running on Modus build 273 We have to stop Scan and Admin services and run the
autoupdate.exe once a day. Hope this info helps. Charles From:

specific account (ie: administrator) or are they set to default (none, which
