It was
designed to work, however it did not. It appears that the major problem
with vircoms paperclip functionality is the name of the .gif file it is supposed
to display, but I remember I had to write a work around, which never got
included, then Suneel wrote an official looking patch that he maintains
directly. Mine was never anything official, just some updated code. Im not
sure if it was the basis for Suneels fix or not.
