It was designed to work, however it did not.  It appears that the major problem with vircoms paperclip functionality is the name of the .gif file it is supposed to display, but I remember I had to write a work around, which never got included, then Suneel wrote an official looking patch that he maintains directly.  Mine was never anything official, just some updated code. Im not sure if it was the basis for Suneels fix or not.

We are running Build 282 and I have never installed Suneel's add-ons. We have a paperclip icon in the list of field names at the top of mailboxes in WebMail. I could have sworn that email messages with attachments had the paperclip icon in the associated field in WebMail at one time.

At any rate, why does Vircom provide the field if it doesn't work? (Again, I have never installed Suneel's add-ons.) Maybe I am just remembering incorrectly and it never worked?
Thanks,

Take note the paper clip function is not offered by Vircom. I believe this was provided by Suneel add-on tools.
