so, are you saying that we should not use your tool for this? It seems like we were using it and it was working prior to the 282 upgrade.

I don�t really remember if the code used in my Add-On was based around Jim�s code or not (I know he is owed credit for some stuff ).

 

The way I got it to work was by parsing the Message Headers for each Message and looking for different Mime types. I have heard that this has introduced a bug whereby all messages are marked as read due to the fact that each message is opened to read the headers.

 

Vircom�s original position was that they didn�t want to download the whole message to check for an attachment. I do not believe that examining the headers is an issue.
