I’ve seen this occur in very isolated instances where I literally copied their clear-text password from our billing software system (out of the same SQL db that MM authenticates to), pasted it into webmail, and it wouldn’t let me login.  I changed the password through the billing software and it worked.  I then changed it back to the original pw and it worked.

 

 

I can’t explain this at all, I just know it has happened a few times.

I have a user that can't log into webmail. I get the same results using her account information
I can get logged in using my own account.    I have stop & started webamail, IIS, and
have rebooted the server.   It still fails to login.

Any ideas ?
