Thank's for your response. The customer says they are only using webmail and not a POP3 client.
As we all know it could be a lot of things likes the kids or the husband screwing around with the software.
I wanted to make sure this was not a known issue presently in WebMail.

What do your logs show? Is the user is checking their mail from other sources, then the logs will show you this.

Have you verified that this customer is only checking the account with webmail or are they using outlook also?
Sounds like the common question we get when outlook is set to remove the messages from the server then they can not see them using webmail. & but they are there when I use Outlook! &

Email is being deleted without me deleting it. Got an important message late this afternoon...
read it and was going to reply later tonight.....well it gone.
All email I received today has disappeared.
