Yes and no. Within one single Apache instance you can't currently do what you want. You could however run up multiple Apache instances where each mod_wsgi uses different Apache version and use nginx in front. A future daemon mode only variant of mod_wsgi may allow use of different versions of Python to be used at same time, but that embedded mode exists presently means that can't be done.
