Sorry, this got completely lost in my inbox and missed it. Were there more messages from compiler than that as they are all warnings and none indicate a fatal error which would cause final phase to fail. Also, is Visual Studio 10.0 definitely the MS C/C++ compiler product that Python 3.2 binaries were built with? You need to use the same compiler product.
