anything that is at the level of apache confs I think I/we could work 
around. I guess I am more concerned with compile time switches. The online 
docs I've seen require mod_ssl to be compiled with certain flags set. See 
https://httpd.apache.org/docs/current/mod/mod_ssl.html (search FIPS on the 
page) for example. Is there any easy way to control build flags for 
compiling mod_ssl with mod_wsgi_packages? I realize I could do a custom 
build of apache, but what you've done is just so easy to use, I would hate 
to throw it away.
