Why do you think you need an oil cooler? I agree that TR engined +4 racers use 
them , but their engines are working very hard indeed.

Modern oils are designed to run much hotter than previously, and running them 
too cool is probably worse tan too hot.

Do you have an oil temperature gauge in the car? Do you get oil pressure drop 
off during  a really long hot run at high revs?

If you feel you need cooler oil a much better method is to invest in an alloy 
sump which holds an additional two pints, and does not involve extra pipes 
around the engine compartment and the siting of an additional radiator at the 
nose of the car. This is drilled for an oil temperature take off.   Do this 
first and then inform us of the temperatures your oil is actually at , and then 
you can assess the need for a cooler from the data. 

Sorry if this sounds a little negative, but you can end up spending a lot of 
money to no real benefit.
