Mounted my ex-RR one flat to the 4/4 bulkhead.
It's bigger than the one shown, which made me wonder whether the small tank was
from the 2.5 Petrol/Diesel 4-pot LRs.. I expect it's the same as your Sherpa
one martyn.
Came from my 'A' reg (1982?) early 5 door Rangie. Pretty sure my 1990 127" V8
had the same flat shape tank...

Morgan certainly used a Range Rover (Classic) expansion tank on some +8s, but
I'm not sure whether that is one or not.

They now are in the hens teeth category and thus expensive. I added a similar
one to my 4/4 which is a modified Sherpa van item. Same tank, but made for
horizontal mounting. Made out of brass, so a doddle to adapt by soldering a
copper plate and drilling and filing a new hole to solder the pipe connections
into.

From (sometimes faulty) memory, one of the Range Rover Classics. Should be in
one of the old paper parts books and I imagine still available.
