Okay, found it. It did not occur to me that the action is not saved within Moin but the actual wikis!
It was indeed a macos designed for 1.6 whih happend to work even in 1.8.6 - but not in 1.9.1 One big problem with this kind of macros is the lack of appropriate documentation and the lack of maintenance.
