Hello guys, I installed mon-0.38.18-13 on linux(redhat)-7.1 and it is running fine.
Testing FTP service: -------------------- On one machine wu-ftpd-2.6.0-14.6x is running and if this machine is tested for ftp with mon it is showing no problems On another machine wu-ftpd-2.6.1-16 is running and if this machine is tested for ftp with mon it is showing FAIL. I think the problem is because of the absence of date that is shown up when a ftp connection is made with wu-ftpd-2.6.0-14.6x but missing with wu-ftpd-2.6.1-16. Sample ftp O/P: ----------- with wu-ftpd-2.6.0-14.6x Connected to xxxx. 220 aras FTP server (Version wu-2.6.0(1) Fri Jun 23 09:17:44 EDT 2000) ready. Name (xxxx:chaitu): with wu-ftpd-2.6.1-16 Connected to yyyy. 220 edtest2 FTP server (Version wu-2.6.1-16) ready. Name (yyyy:chaitu): I think the error is because of the lack of date in the latest version. So please suggest the changes that I have to make in mon's ftp.monitor or in any other file.
