I set in monitorix.conf like this :
<mysql>
conn_type = host
list = localhost
list = /var/run/mysqld/mysqld.sock
<desc>
localhost = 3306, root, mypass
</desc>
rigid = 0, 2, 0, 0, 0, 0
limit = 100, 100, 100, 100, 100, 100
</mysql>
In logs :

Wed Dec 10 16:12:00 2014 - ERROR: while updating
/var/lib/monitorix/mysql.rrd: /var/lib/monitorix/mysql.rrd: expected
