Peter, I'm not getting any error with the test case you attached. What I did
was to try every combination of the First Name and Last Name fields, and
clicked on both Insert and Cancel buttons - no error occurred. The testing was
done with svn trunk. If you still can reproduce the error with svn trunk
version of mono, please attach detailed instructions on how to reproduce the
bug.
