Mono is usually working well under DEP. I think there is an issue
with calling WndProc during WM_CREATE. Maybe CREATESTRUCT's size
doesn't match or something... It could be that DEP is detecting
some mismatch and it's throwing a SEH exception that looks like
a NRE to mono.
