Description of Problem:
DataGrid allows you to scroll past the bottom of the cells.
This happens on 1.9.0p1 and 1.2.6, so it is not a regression.
Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open ReportBuilder on SLED 10 SP1 i586
2. Scroll to the bottom of the DataGrid
3. Select a cell near the bottom to edit
4. Scroll down further than should be allowed
5. Notice that it lets you go past the end.
Actual Results:
It scrolls past the bottom.
Expected Results:
It stops at the bottom.
How often does this happen?
Every time if the steps above are followed.
