Repro from bug 365940 comment 1. Property FooStringListTInitialisedTwo
initially contains array {"aa2","bb2"}. After opening and closing the "String
Collection Editor" for that property (with no edit made) the value is then
{"aa2","","bb2"} and then {"aa2","","","","bb2"} etc.
