- http://www.microsoft.com/beta/downloads/Default.aspx
- click on 'Browse Downloads'
- click on tab 'Download Categories'

Expected results:
- List of categories should appear on the left hand side.
Actual results:
- Nothing appears left of the arrow.
- list items do appear as you mouse over that area
