After removing an item in collection editor no item is selected. For
user-friendiness it should; standard behaviour is to select the next item (i.e.
the one now at the position where the one was removed), or the previous if no
next.
Two effects of the non-selection are, firstly to remove multiple items one has
to click Remove, then click the next item, then click Remove, etc, instead of
just repeatedly clicking Remove. Secondly the Up/Down buttons keep the old
state and not to suit the newly selected(!) item.
