Description of Problem:
Setting the Font on a tab control has no effect on the tab label text.
Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Place a tab control on a form
2. Set the TabControl Font property to something larger, say 11 point.
Actual Results:
Observe normal size text font in tab label
Expected Results:
Large size text font in tab label
