Unzip the testcase in a dir, and type make.
Current results:
Satisfactory compilation.
Expected results:
csc says "The type 'NSA.ClassA' is defined in an assembly that is not
referenced. You must add a reference to assembly 'a, Version=1.0.0.0,
Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null'"
