With default optimizations?
Yes. Simply "mono foo.exe".
Currently when -O=all is used, some methods may take a long time to compile, but by default it should be quite fast.
It took more than five minutes on my Celeron 800 (384MB RAM). I wasn't paying attention to the exact timings when I tried it, but if you like I'll try running it again and collect a bit more data...? It did finish, though, eventually running through the code and exiting normally.
