I agree. I'm running SuSE 9.2 Pro and I saw the 1.1.4 packages for 9.2 and a note to download XSP, mod_mono, monodoc, and monodevelop from the 1.0.6 version. The 1.0.6 version said it was for SuSE 9.1 Pro and I stopped because I don't know if packages for 9.1 are compatible with 9.2. I'm sure I'm not the only novice that is going to hesitate when they see that.

Gtk# and XSP must be obtained from the 1.0.x directories. We are not really Yum users, so we do not know what needs to be done to fix these issues. Duncan claims that everything is fixed, I would not know how to do it. You might want to download all the packages manually (mono-all.zip) and install those from the command line. I do not like the current setup where pieces are obtained from 1.0.x and pieces from 1.1.x; We are trying to come up with a solution, but nothing is available at this point. _______________________________________________ Mono-list maillist - [email protected] http://lists.ximian.com/mailman/listinfo/mono-list _______________________________________________ Mono-list maillist - [email protected] http://lists.ximian.com/mailman/listinfo/mono-list
