Hi,
download and install the gtk# sdk fro win32 from novell forge:
http://forge.novell.com/modules/xfcontent/downloads.php/gtks-inst4win
then make sure to include references to the gtk, etc... libs in your
project.
I use sharpdevelop for ide.
