Nope, sharpdevelop doesn't have a gtk gui designer. The GTK# sdk
installer will install glade for you aswell.
Glade is the default gtk designer.
There will be a glade# tutorial installed on your system.
Personally I do not use a designer but code by hand because I feel it
gives me more freedom while coding, but that is personal.
