So this means that for whatever reason, mod_mono can't connect to a
mod-mono-server process. See if mod-mono-server is running and if some
files were created in /tmp -- these would be unix socket files.
Try removing 'test' from:
AddMonoApplications test "/test:/usr/lib/xsp/test"
And then removing:
MonoSetServerAlias test
And see if that helps any.
