Hmm... try just MonoApplications instead.

Also, you could try deleting the /tmp/.wapi directory.

It looks like mod-mono-server was having trouble starting, if it didn't create any socket files. I forget, did you say if /tmp was writable by apache? And are you able to start 'xsp' in your web directory, and then see the site that way?
