Aaaaah, I see. You're interested in setting up a hosting environment for others. Well, yep, if you're trying to attract that clientèle then it'll be a tough sell. But I'd hope those who are already interested in a *nix type ASP.NET host would a) already be aware of this limitation and / or b) looking to house their DB in something other than MSSQL.
