No. ActiveX is native code that conforms to a specific ABI, aka COM. It's source code is likely C, C++, VB (not .NET) or Delphi (though of course any number of other languages can be used to write ActiveX code as well). Depending on the language used to write the ActiveX code, it may not be possible to port the code to Linux. (For example, I know of no VB compiler for Linux, so VB-based code is ~impossible to port, afaik. Though it may be possible to port the code to VB.NET, and there is a VB.NET compiler on Linux...)
