I solved the problem by using the work around with creating ...
private bool Validator(object sender, X509Certificate certificate, X509Chain
chain, SslPolicyErrors sslpolicyErrors)
{
return true;
}
And
calling this method from:
ServicePointManager.ServerCertificateValidationCallback = Validator;
