Unfortunately, I am not able to run the script, as I'm stuck
behind a strangely configured corporate firewall that blocks
cvs (but not telnet or ftp, go figure).

I tried following the build instructions prominently displayed
on download.html, and got the results I mentioned previously.
If the instructions on the website aren't accurate anymore,
perhaps they should be removed? I wasted a lot of time trying
to get it work anyway, now I'll go look at the script and
try and figure out what it's doing.

FYI, I am just trying to do a release build of the runtime, so
I can have some idea how big the final redistributable package
will be.
