More information:
1. As a sanity check I tried running this on a 5554 emulator. Worked fine
on the second try. First try gave an error about the wrong Runtime.
2. I check and the runtime is not installed on the Tablet.
3. I tried the logcat -d and it hang just like the Runtime Install
4. Every time I try to install on the Tablet, the next time I try to
install
it hangs at “Getting Installed Package”.
The only fix I can find is to reboot the Tablet.
Do we have a final fallback ?
