Vladimir, I never did get it working. I tried completely uninstalling and then reinstalled it and was still not able to get it to activate on Windows XP. Because of these issues, I never tried it on my Windows 7 x64 workstation.
I eventually just ended up downloading the 4.2.7 installer from my store account and using that version.
