Hello guys,
Tom Renneke was kind enough to let me log into his machine to diagnose
one of the installation problems that people were having.
Please try this url, it contains various hot-fixes, we will put it in
the official channel tomorrow or so:
http://xamarin.com/priority/monotouch/monotouch-4.0.4.1.dmg
This fixes the installation "Can not find index 17", but does not fix
any of the other Lion reported problems; We will get around to those by an
update to Mono as soon as we can (we have collected various fixes already)
