Re-posting because I naively included screenshots and my message was
moderated for being too large :)

After talking to you and Joe Hill at Monospace, he said my issue was due to
my license being expired and I had downloaded the full version of 4.0.3.
I tried again with the eval version and it installed fine.

But, I tested the new, full install anyway, and I got the correct message
that my license was not up to date, then it prompted me to buy or activate.

However, after I quit that dialog, I saw the original error again:
"The specified message could not be found for the index 16."

mtouch 4.0.3.10366 EVALUATION
Mono JIT compiler version 2.10.1 (tarball Fri Feb 25 15:56:49 MST 2011)
