Hi, We are very aware of this problem and right now I have parts of the fix sitting on a local branch. On my tests, evaluating a variable is instantaneous instead of taking half a dozen seconds.
We want to release them as soon as possible, but right now I'm working on more urgent issues so my debugger improvements will probably miss the next Mono for Android release.
