Hi, Can you try killing the application on the device manually when it doesn't want to work?
So that you do it it this order: Kill application manually Start debugging in MonoDevelop Run application on device. Does that fix it? As a sidenote you can also manually force an upload in MonoDevelop (Main Menu -> Run -> Upload to Device), no need to rebuild every time.
