It's being tested as we speak. However you should not have this exception, even with 5.0.1, if you use the linker (e.g. Link SDK assemblies only) when building your application for devices.
Sebastien p.s. there's no good reason (except if you have a bug number ;-) to disable the linker for device builds (smaller apps that will build faster).
