What do you folks use for version control in MonoDevelop? Private projects,
not open source. I'm a Visual Studio / TFS guy, and before that i've worked
with Visual SourceSafe (yikes... i know) but i've got no idea what to use on
a Mac with Monodevelop. I keep hearing two things, Subversion and GitHub.

By the looks of it, Github is a paid service if you want to keep your source
closed. Should i install some Subversion server on my Mac, or on my Windows
PC? Which one? What about (free!) cloud- or internet services? I've created
an account at ProjectLocker, but there is no way i can get this to work in
Monodevelop... i can fill in the info, but i havent got a clue how to get my
stuff from my mac into ProjectLocker's depository.

Any other options? Detailed how-to's? If possible, something that integrates
into MD would be prefferable. I try to stay as far away as i can from
command line tools and terminals... i'm a visual, GUI person :)
