Nope, these are not implemented in MooTools – as far as :hover
and :active are achievable to re-create using mouseover and mousedown
appropriately, I'm afraid there is no simple way of doing so
for :visited – you'd have to collect all links that have been focused/
clicked, save them in a browsersession/cookie and apply a specific
class/styles upon domready.
