Some browsers have some quirks or doesn't support all verbs to get through: http://annevankesteren.nl/2007/10/http-method-support
Also, some home routers and firewalls blocks those verbs by default, so some users would have issues with it. In fact, I would love it if all other WebDav verbs were emulated as well.
