Not if you like me also love mootools and took the time to rewrite CHtml and CClientScript so that instead of generating Jquery code it generates Mootools code :D
This classes are not finished yet as Im adjusting them as I need them, but if you want I can send them to you. All you need to do is put CMooHtml and CMooClientScript in you components folder and start using them. EMail me if you want those classes.
